A native of Shanghai, born in 1970, I have spent most of my life associated with hospitals and operating rooms. As an anesthesiologist, my decades of clinical work have made me accustomed to handling situations calmly, treating people patiently, and instilling a sense of responsibility deep within me.
In my spare time, my life is filled with the warmth of daily life. In the morning, I get up early to prepare a simple breakfast. In the evening, after work, I love to be busy in the kitchen, cooking several family-favorite local dishes. Occasionally, I invite old friends for a small gathering on weekends. More often, I prefer to be alone, taking care of the plants at home, watching gentle TV dramas, or going out to walk in the park and enjoy the scenery.

I am reliable and down-to-earth in my work, and always keep a sincere attitude towards others. When I take off my white coat, my life becomes simple yet fulfilling. When I'm free, I love to go into the kitchen and select fresh ingredients to cook authentic local dishes. A delicious home-cooked meal is the greatest comfort in my daily life. I also enjoy brewing a pot of green tea in my spare time, reading books and listening to light music while savoring the aroma of the tea. On sunny days, I like to take a leisurely walk along the street or by the river, experiencing the bustling atmosphere of this city. In my spare time, I also enjoy taking care of a few plants, watching them grow slowly, which brings me great peace. Occasionally, I will do simple yoga to relieve the fatigue from work.
