I was born in Indonesia, the land of a thousand islands and ancient wisdom. After a difficult life turn, I moved to the United States to start from scratch. It was here that I found my true purpose - to help people find harmony and inner strength.
Today I have my own cozy meditation and yoga center, where I share knowledge, breath and light with those who seek peace in a noisy world. I believe that every soul deserves to be heard, and every heart - to be healed.

In my free time, I like to switch off from the hustle and bustle: walk barefoot on the grass, read books that inspire, brew aromatic herbal tea and just watch the sunset as the breath of the Universe. I also love to travel, discover new tastes and meet people who have light in their eyes.
